Extruder of double-layer film 1000mm

Our 1000mm double layer film extruder is applicable for the production of LLDPE or LDPE plastic film for building materials and packaging hardware. This is the new multi-function film extruder. This machine adopts systems. Feeding different types of raw materials for the two hoppers, we can produce elongated films with adhesive on one side and the other without.

1. Nitrogen treated with the mixture 38CrMoAlA adopted to make adjusting screws and cylinders of our extruder, thus ensuring capacity of anti-corrosion and long service, etc.
2. Device cycle water cooling ensures better transparency produced in filmes
3. Auto-shift and automatic cutting devices are applied in the rewinding.
