Extruder for film stretched

Extruder for single-layer stretched film producing LDPE or LLDPE films for building materials and packaging of hardware parts is applicable. This is the new extruder multi-função.Esta film machine adopts double cylinders. Feeding different types of raw materials for the two hoppers can produce plastic films with the other side of normal adhesive.

Extruder characteristics for stretched film

1. Nitrogen treated with the mixture 38CrMoAlA adopted to make adjusting screws and cylinders of our extruder, thus ensuring capacity of anti-corrosion and long service, etc.
2. Device cycle water cooling ensures better transparency produced in filmes
3. Auto-shift and automatic cutting devices are applied in the rewinding.
